Fire Sprinkler Systems

are an automatic fire suppression system and can extinguish a fire quickly preventing loss of life and property. AFPE offers routine Testing, Service and Maintenance of sprinkler systems to help ensure your systems comply with Australian Standard 1851.

Hydrants

are an integral part of your building’s fire suppression system. They are used by the Fire Brigade to gain access to water in parts of the premises where water supply may be difficult or insufficient. It is therefore important to have your hydrants tested and serviced as per AS 1851 to make sure they meet their design requirements. AFPE are licensed in the above and supply all required testing and maintenance.

Hose reels, Extinguishers and Fire Blankets

are an important first option to attack and extinguish a fire before it can take hold and cause significant damage to your business.

It is therefore essential that the above are tested regularly to ensure that they remain in good working order and are ready for use in a fire emergency. Regular testing of your personal or company’s equipment by AFPE will ascertain if equipment has become faulty or past their operational end-date.

All testing is done to Australian Standards. If replacement is required, Alpine Fire Protection and Extinguishers can provide parts and equipment to resolve the problems.
